All products we sell are checked in advance. Nevertheless, it may happen that a product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. In the event of a defect, always contact customer service first. We use a carry-in warranty. This means that the risk of shipping is borne by the customer.
We can only determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty when you return your product. The warranty period is 12 months. In some cases, the right to warranty may lapse - even if the product is still within the warranty period. This may be due to damage caused after purchase (such as falling, cracks, scratches) or intensive or incorrect use.
If the product becomes defective within 30 days, you can choose to have the product replaced or the purchase price refunded. After 30 days, you can no longer opt for a refund of the purchase price. You can then return the product for repair or replacement. Never return a defective product before you have contacted our customer service about it.
Did you purchase the product more than six months ago? Or is the product defective due to incorrect use or fall/impact damage? We will also be happy to solve the problem for you. However, this is usually not covered by the warranty. You will then be charged for replacement.
