We deliver to all EU countries, plus Norway, Switzerland and the UK.
I have a VAT number. Can I buy without paying VAT?
Yes, the VAT can be reverse-charged if the delivery address is outside the Netherlands. Enter your address details at checkout. A field for the VAT number will appear. Enter the VAT number. The VAT will now automatically be set to 0%.
I have not received a confirmation. What now?
Did you note your order number? Then you can check via this page whether your order has been received correctly. It can take about 15 minutes before you receive the confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation after fifteen minutes, we recommend that you check the spam folder of your e-mail program. Otherwise, you can contact us.
Can I get a copy of the invoice?
You can download a copy of your invoice yourself via the status page of your order.
